PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Love Dance Studio has partnered with ClassForKids to provide you with an easy-to-use, modern and secure online booking system. Using this system you will only need to insert your details once and they'll be stored for future bookings on your ClassForKids account.

Class fees are to be paid via direct debit on the 1st of every month via ClassForKids only.

Love Dance Studio offers free trial/taster classes for all students.

Unfortunately Love Dance Studio can not accept students attending classes with unpaid fees.

Fees are payable regardless of attendance. Love Dance Studio regrets it cannot make a refund for any classes not taken.

If Love Dance Studio has to cancel, you will be contacted by Love Dance Studio for a refund to be issued.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I, recognize that participating in activates with releases, I am agreeing to acknowledge the risks involved and that the releases have taken all reasonable and practical steps to minimize the risks.

I, agree I am in good health and in proper physical condition and not suffering from any medical condition or disability which is likely to adversely affect my normal control or which might make it unsafe to participate.

I, declare to disclose any medical information, disability, illness or injury prior taking part in any class, training, workshop, event, rehearsal, performance or activity. I, acknowledge Love Dance Studio is relying on this statement in allowing the student to participate.

I, acknowledge that in the conduct of the class, training, workshop, event, rehearsal or activity. Physical contact will occur between the students and instructor/teacher. Dance, Gymnastic and Acrobatic training requires extensive, hands-on training in spotting and progression for dance educators to safely teach proper placement and technique.

I, understand and agree, that participating in any dance, gymnastic and acrobatic dance class, training, workshop, event, rehearsal, performance or activity, there is a possibility of physical injury.

I, agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or accident which might occur to student in any class, training, workshop, event, rehearsal, performance or activity.

I, hereby release Love Dance Studio, including dance teachers, instructors, choreographers, trainers or facilities from all liabilities including, but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, disability, loss or death that occur before, during, after classes, training, workshops, events, rehearsals, performances or activities.

By agreeing to this waiver, you are acknowledging that you have read the terms and conditions that you have voluntarily accepted any risks associated with participation.
